Carnitas - Folks can’t get enough of DiOGi’s carnitas! Tender, slightly sweet chunks of pork are slow cooked, then marinated, and finally deep fried with plenty of deep fried crispy onions. You can get carnitas in a quesadilla, chimichanga, tacos, or as an entree served with soft tortillas, guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream, refried black beans beans, and mexican rice.
Fish Tacos - We had so many customers asking for fish tacos that we had to comply... with our own DiOGi’s twist of course! Our grilled or fried tilapia, pico de gallo. and spicy-tangy chipotle lime shredded cabbage served in soft or crunchy tortillas with two sides.
Border Burger - This 8 oz burger is made from high quality ground beef topped with caramelized onions, sliced jalapenos, and chipotle-lime mayo on a sesame seed bun. Many customers have told us this was the best hamburger they have ever eaten! A Border Burger comes with your choice of french fries, side salad, or a cup of Chicken Tortilla Soup.
DiOGi’s Vegetarian selections - Vegetarians and meat eaters alike love our meatless selections. Our vegetarian entrees include fajitas, burritos, tacos, salads and quesadillas. Made with various combinations of grilled onions, peppers, tomatoes, spicy mexi-corn, mushrooms, spicy papas (potatoes), and refried vegetarian black beans. Our vegetarian dishes are also topped with generous portions of fresh lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole, white cheese and your choice of homemade salsas.
DiOGi’s Shrimp - Served as an appetizer, our shrimp are very lightly breaded and deep fried for a light, crispy texture. They are served with a sweet and spicy chipotle barbecue sauce for a delightful blend of Asian and Southwestern flavors.
El Pollo Loco - Char-grilled strips of chicken served over chorizo with white cheese, salsa verde, and two sides. This dish has both a beautiful presentation and a great combination of flavors.
Salsas and Guacamole
Like everything else at DiOGi’s, all of our salsas and guacamole are our own recipes made fresh in our kitchen.
Guacamole - DiOGi’s Guacamole is made in the El Salvadorian style with avocados, onions, herbs and spices and chopped hard boiled eggs.
Pico de Gallo - Our Pico de Gallo is a simple, very chunky medium salsa that is perfect with chips or to accent your favorite entree.
Butt Burner Salsa - If you like your salsa really hot then you will love our smokey Butt Burner Salsa made with roasted Japanese peppers that give a lot of heat! (both today and tomorrow morning... if you know what we mean)
Salsa Verde - DiOGi’s salsa verde is a wonderful green tomatillo salsa made with tomatilloes, lime, cilantro, red onions and jalapenos. Our salsa verde has a bright, citrus flavor with a little bit of kick.
House Salsa - Our house salsa is a chunky tomato salsa with our own tasty blend of onions, peppers, and cilantro. Our house salsa comes to you complimentary with free tortilla chips when you dine in at the restaurant.

Wicked Wings - These tasty wings are Oscar’s own version of a hot garlic and buffalo sauce. Served with your choice of dill ranch dressing or bleu cheese. Locals say they’re the best wings in Fayetteville.
Chicharones (pork rinds) - Made with fresh skin from real pork butt that is seasoned and deep fried, chicharones are popular with our lime-chipotle dipping sauce. These may cause heart disease, but at least you will go down smiling!
